An award-winning journalist and book author, Jan Schroder is an Atlanta-based travel writer and editor. She is editorial director of The 100 Companies, a digital publishing company, editor-in-chief of The Travel 100 and a freelance contributor for magazines and online outlets. As a former magazine and newspaper editor, she has written hundreds of magazine articles, newspaper columns, blog posts and people profiles, but struggles with signing birthday cards.
